SHAAHI Foundation Advocates for Silicosis Patients’ Rights on the 5th Anniversary of the Silicosis Policy

On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the Silicosis Policy, an event was organized at the Kaliberi Sur Sagar Community Hall under the leadership of Rajudevi, Achalaram, and Ghevar Bhati for silicosis-affected men and women. Social activists from SHAAHI FOUNDATION, including advocates Manoj Singh Gehlot, Manjeet Singh Charan, Neha Sankhla, Anjali Daga, and Gayatri Bishnoi, delivered speeches where they discussed in detail the announcements made by the government under the Silicosis Policy. They also deliberated on the issue of not receiving the compensation as per the promises made in the policy and demanded that the government provide compensation in accordance with the Silicosis Policy. Silicosis patients and their families were present at this occasion.
