On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, a large workshop was organized in the remote areas by Shahi Foundation Trust, led by its administrator, Mr. Manjeet Singh Charan, and its members. The workshop included a discussion on the topic of silicosis, addressing the issues faced by affected widows and women, as well as the financial aid provided by the government to assist them.

During the event, blankets and financial assistance were distributed by Shahi Foundation Trust to the widows of silicosis victims. Meals were provided to all the women present, concluding the program. Advocate Dr. Manoj Singh Gehlot, Anjali Daga, Neha Sankhla, Gaytri Bishnoi, Durg Singh , Vikram Singh Charan and other social workers from the trust participated in the event. They pledged to continue their efforts for silicosis-affected families.

At the end of the event, all attendees and women received blankets and other items.
