Empowering Lives, Preserving Culture, and Advocating Justice

At SHAAHI Foundation ( Safety Health Awareness And Humanity Ideals), we are dedicated to empowering widows, children, elders and Silicosis patients  through holistic support and sustainable livelihood initiatives.

Founded by  Manjeet Singh Charan,  Anjali Daga, Neha Sankhla, Gaytri Bishnoi, Ripudaman Singh Charan, Mehtab Singh Charan and Manoj Singh Gehlot a passionate advocate for social justice, our NGO focuses on creating opportunities for vulnerable groups, particularly those affected by silicosis, a disease that disproportionately impacts laborers and their families.

We believe that every individual deserves a dignified life and are committed to uplifting the communities we serve through compassion, collaboration, and continuous advocate

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide legal aid, Rajasthani culture, language, healthcare access, and skill development programs, fostering self-reliance and financial independence among widows and underprivileged families. Through our art and craft initiatives, we offer creative platforms for women and children to showcase their talents, helping them gain both recognition and income.

In collaboration with government bodies, legal experts, and community leaders, we also work to raise awareness about workers’ rights, medical support, and access to fair compensation. Our team’s commitment is to create lasting change by addressing the root causes of poverty and injustice while supporting those who need it most.

Our Vision

To build a just and equitable society where the most vulnerable—widows, children, silicosis-affected families, elders ,Rajasthani culture, language and tribal communities—are empowered with access to their legal rights, healthcare, education, and sustainable livelihoods.

We envision a world where women and children are uplifted through social justice, economic independence, and creative expression. Our mission is to eliminate the systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups and provide them with the tools for self-reliance, dignity, and holistic well-being.

Through legal aid camps, advocacy, vocational training in arts and crafts, and awareness campaigns, we aim to foster a community that thrives on mutual support, inclusivity, and the protection of human rights.

This vision reflects our work with silicosis patients, widows, legal aid, and the promotion of arts and crafts while emphasizing long-term empowerment and social justice.
